The Stourbridge Pilates Rooms is excited to announce the upcoming Fundamentals Teacher Training event! This 2-day course is perfect for anyone interested in becoming a Pilates Teacher, regardless of their qualifications. Prior experience in practising Classical Pilates and a good understanding of the exercises is recommended, as the course will focus on teaching beginner level mat, reformer, and tower exercises.
Not only will participants learn how to teach different exercises, but they will also develop crucial teaching and hands-on skills. We understand that everybody is unique, which is why participants will also learn how to modify exercises to suit individual needs.
At Stourbridge Pilates Rooms, we believe in providing comprehensive training to our future teachers. That's why our Fundamentals Teacher Training includes mentorship through observation, practice, and teaching hours. We want to ensure that participants feel fully prepared and confident in their abilities to teach Pilates.
