Welcome to the Fulford FC website! John and the team at Fulford Football Club extend a warm invitation to young players, both girls and boys, from Under 6’s to 19’s in various local leagues. Located to the south of York, Fulford FC also welcomes open-age players.
During winter, all teams train on Astroturf at local venues, with coaching provided by dedicated volunteers. John ensures each team has at least one coach with an FA Level 1 coaching certificate. Safety and enjoyment are priorities, with robust Child Protection policies in place.
Fulford FC boasts over 270 players and 80 senior players, strongly supported by parents and local businesses, with Press Green Limited as the main sponsor. John and the volunteer committee run the club transparently and encourage positive community involvement.
Established in 1994, the club merged in 2008 to form Fulford Football Club, promoting continuity from junior to adult football. In 2013, Fulford FC launched its first LADIES open-age team and continues to grow, providing opportunities for all ages and genders to develop their football skills.
