In addition to our regular programs, we are excited to introduce the FTS45 Home Program. This specially designed program allows players to learn, refine, and practice key techniques, while also focusing on improving football speed, agility, and balance. Each activity in the program is clearly outlined, with detailed instructions on repetitions, sets, and times. To guide you every step of the way, we provide custom videos. The best part is that this program can be easily adapted to different environments, whether it's your backyard, a local park, or even an indoor space. Each session takes approximately 45 minutes to complete, making it convenient for players with busy schedules. We are committed to your continuous learning and improvement, which is why we provide weekly programs.

That's why, at the age of 12, we offer selected players the incredible chance to travel, train, and play in Japan. This unique experience allows our players to broaden their horizons and gain valuable insights from a different footballing culture.
