Led by Sophie Halsall-McLennan, a highly experienced and passionate Physiotherapist, Fresh Start Physiotherapy offers an extensive range of Physiotherapy services, Hand Therapy, Rehabilitation programmes, and Clinical Pilates treatments. Sophie, who graduated from Charles Sturt Physiotherapy with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, has over 14 years of clinical experience and is registered with AHPRA.

At Fresh Start Physiotherapy, the team takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and tailor individualised treatments and exercise programmes accordingly. Whether it is managing an injury or a chronic condition, Sophie will provide the most appropriate treatment and exercises after conducting a comprehensive assessment. She will also assist in goal-setting based on the client's priorities and offer valuable information and advice on injury prevention.

In addition to traditional Physiotherapy services, Fresh Start Physiotherapy offers specialised programmes. The GLA:D Programme, or Good Life with Arthritis: Denmark, is an education and exercise programme designed specifically for people with hip or knee Osteoarthritis (OA). The PINC Cancer Rehabilitation Programme is dedicated to improving the strength, quality of life, and sense of wellbeing for women diagnosed with cancer. The studio also provides Hand Therapy for the rehabilitation of fingers, thumb, hand, wrist, and elbow, as well as Upper Limb Rehabilitation, Sports and Muscular Rehabilitation, Pre-Operative Rehabilitation (PREHAB), and Post-Operative Rehabilitation (REHAB).

Fresh Start Physiotherapy also offers the Knee Programme, a warm-up programme designed to enhance movement efficiency and prevent injuries, as well as the RISE Balance Programme, a 6-week exercise programme aimed at decreasing the incidence of falls. Additionally, the studio provides Pregnancy and Postpartum Physiotherapy, which offers education, exercise prescription, and management for expectant and new mothers.
