Sarah Smith Instructor Sarah has been dancing since the age of three and has trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and more. She has completed her Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) graded examinations and has also competed in various dance competitions throughout her dance career. Sarah loves sharing her passion for dance with others and believes in the power of movement to inspire and uplift.

Emily Jones Yoga/Fitness Instructor Emily is a certified yoga and fitness instructor with a passion for helping others find balance, strength, and mindfulness through movement. She offers a variety of classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Emily believes in the transformative power of yoga and fitness and is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.
