Participants will receive guidance and support in honing their performance, setting goals for improvement, and learning new methods to dive deeper with less effort. By the end of the Wave 2 Course, divers will have gained the necessary skills and confidence to dive to depths of up to 30 metres and hold their breath for two and a half minutes.
