Freedom with Motion

Freedom with Motion is a Pilates studio located in Kenilworth, New Zealand. The studio offers both online and in-person classes, with additional locations in Dorridge and Brinklow near Coventry and Rugby. The studio specialises in contemporary Pilates exercise, combined with fascial training, to optimise physical, mental, and functional performance.

The creator and owner of Freedom with Motion, Yvette, has been a dedicated Pilates teacher since 2002. With a passion for helping individuals of all ages and abilities, she believes that Pilates provides a solid foundation for movement. However, she recognised that some clients struggled to reach their full potential and wanted to offer more comprehensive training.

Yvette spent several years conducting research and expanding her skill set to develop an innovative movement practise that incorporates the myofascial system. The fascial system, a web of connective tissue that surrounds the bones and muscles, plays a significant role in maintaining healthy movement, alignment, and coordination. By focusing on the efficiency and harmony of this system, Freedom with Motion aims to improve postural alignment, stability, agility, tissue health, and coordination.
