Free Electrical Waste Recycling Event

Get ready for the upcoming FREE electrical waste collection event hosted by John Macky Indoor Sports Centre happening on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at Bankstown Paceway in Condell Park. This event is exclusively for residents of Canterbury-Bankstown. It's a great opportunity for residents to recycle old, broken, or unwanted TVs and computers for free. Electrical items contain precious resources that can be recycled into new products when taken to a drop-off event or collection point. This initiative also ensures that hazardous materials in the electrical items are disposed of correctly. E-waste is not accepted in household yellow-lidded recycling bins.
