13th Round Fight For Life is thrilled to announce the upcoming Boxing Life Skills Program, offering a fantastic opportunity for youth in Toronto to learn boxing skills and valuable life lessons. This 10-week program, running from April 15 to June 17, is absolutely free for participants aged 13 to 19 from underserved communities or facing barriers to success.
Run in collaboration with community partners, the program provides intensive boxing training, mentorship, academic support, and life skills/wellness sessions. Led by experienced professionals, the program focuses on the individual strengths of each participant, creating a supportive and encouraging environment. No previous boxing experience is necessary, as gloves and hand wraps are provided.
Participants are expected to attend sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with drop-in classes available for makeup sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays. The program is conveniently located at 27 Primrose Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M6H 3V1, near Dupont and Davenport.
