Ancient art of tai chi chuan so everyone can experience the extraordinary effects that it can have on the body, mind, and soul. Fraser Valley Tai Chi offers classes for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our curriculum includes a comprehensive study of the Yang style system of tai chi chuan, as well as instruction in qigong, meditation, and self-defence applications.
Our classes are led by Sifu Tom McAleese, who has over 20 years of experience practising and teaching tai chi chuan. Sifu Tom is dedicated to passing on the traditional teachings of tai chi chuan and ensuring that each student receives individual attention and guidance in their practice.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer workshops, seminars, and events throughout the year to provide students with opportunities for deepening their understanding of tai chi chuan and connecting with other members of the tai chi community.
