During the Alpha Athletes Performance Assessment, you can expect a thorough evaluation of your mobility, which refers to your range of motion and flexibility. Your stability will also be assessed, focusing on your ability to maintain control and balance during movement. Strength, power, and capacity will be measured to determine your muscular and cardiovascular endurance and overall athletic performance.

Our facility boasts ample racks and platforms to ensure an efficient and enjoyable training session.
Located at 391 Liverpool Rd, Ashfield, NSW, 2131, our gym offers convenient parking via Beatrice Street. Our staffed hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 11am, and 5pm to 8pm, but our gym is accessible for members from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 11pm.
