Located at 391 Liverpool Rd, Ashfield, NSW, 2131, our gym offers convenient parking via Beatrice Street. Our staffed hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 11am, and 5pm to 8pm, but our gym is accessible for members from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 11pm.
