Fr Murphy AC is excited to announce their upcoming Athletics event - a Couch to 5k program starting on Wednesdays at 19:30, kicking off on July 5th. This program is designed for individuals of all fitness levels and is a fantastic way to prepare for the Streets of Athboy 5km race coming up on August 4th. Whether you're a casual walker, a newbie jogger, a fun runner, or a seasoned racer, there's a spot for you in one of our training groups.
Our coaching staff has put together weekly plans and group meet-ups to help keep you motivated and on track. Best of all, this training program is completely free for club members - all you need to do is sign up for membership to get started.
