Welcome to the Four Oaks Squash Club, a well-established facility in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. Founded in 1955 with one court, our club has steadily expanded over the years to now offer three top-quality squash courts, complete with competition and viewing gallery facilities. In May 2015, we also added a self-contained gym to our facilities.
At the Four Oaks Squash Club, we pride ourselves on being a small and friendly club that caters to squash and racketball players of all levels. Whether you're a beginner, a seasoned team player, or even a county player, we have something for everyone. Currently, we have two squash teams and a racketball team competing in various divisions within the Warwickshire Leagues.
Age is no barrier at our club, as we have players ranging from 8 to 70 years old. Our junior training sessions take place on Sunday mornings and welcome children between the ages of 8 and 18. We are fortunate to have a team of qualified squash coaches, including Level 3, Level 2, and Level 1 coaches, who provide coaching for players of all abilities. Our junior coaching and team section foster a friendly yet competitive environment for young players.
For adult players, we offer regular play opportunities with like-minded members who share a passion for squash. Whether you're a beginner or a team-level player, you'll find suitable opponents at our club. Additionally, we have leagues, regular handicap competitions, and annual tournaments for both juniors and seniors, including veterans, vintage, and racketball categories.
As an accredited club to England Squash, Four Oaks Squash Club provides excellent facilities. Our squash courts are conveniently located near Four Oaks Railway Station and have easy access to bus links. We also have a private car parking area for our members' convenience. The club itself has recently undergone improvements, including a new gym, refurbished shower and changing room facilities, and a communal bar and meeting area where we host regular informal functions, such as summer barbeques and curry nights.
The bar is fully stocked and equipped with seating and television viewing facilities, making it an ideal place to relax and socialise.
