Forton Bowling Club, established in 1938, is situated at Forton Recreation Ground on Forton Road in Gosport, Hampshire. Proudly affiliated with both Bowls England and Bowls Hampshire, the club fields teams in the Portsmouth and district league as well as the Gosport and Fareham league.
During the bowling season, Forton Bowling Club holds various internal competitions, allowing members to showcase their skills and enjoy friendly rivalry. Club night is every Monday at 18:00, preceded by coaching sessions for both novices and experienced players.
In an effort to make the sport accessible, Forton Bowling Club offers public bowling at regulated prices set by Gosport Borough Council.
