Become a Nordic walking instructor by participating in the full 8-hour training offered by Espace Fitness. This training will provide you with all the necessary tools to teach structured, safe, and dynamic classes. You will learn the complete technique of Nordic walking, receive educational tools, understand the importance of core stability in the technique, discover a variety of exercises to incorporate into your classes, learn how to organize the progression of classes, and receive a 50-page illustrated manual. Participants should bring appropriate clothing for the weather, as there will be a practical outdoor component. This training is aimed at group fitness instructors, private trainers, or individuals with certifications in the fields of fitness, kinesiology/physical education, and/or health.
