Forge Female Fitness, located in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland, is home to Northern Ireland's No. 1 Female Personal Trainers. Led by Head Coach Grace Smith, an athlete, coach, and personal trainer, our team at Forge Female Fitness is passionate about helping women build strong, confident bodies.
At Forge Female Fitness, we believe in a sustainable approach to fitness and food. Coach Grace herself lost over 156lbs in 2013 through her own journey, and since then, she has achieved numerous athletic accomplishments, including winning National Weightlifting and CrossFit competitions. Coach Grace has also represented Ireland in cycling and has been awarded Best Female Personal Trainer in Northern Ireland twice. With her expertise and experience, she is joined by Coach JoJo, a Level 3 Personal Trainer who lost over 5 stone at The Forge, and Coach Sarah, the 2022 Nutritionist of the Year.
Together, they form a powerful trio of experienced Female Fat Loss coaches who have transformed the lives of hundreds of women through our BOMBSHELL BODY programme.
Our training options cater to women of all fitness levels and preferences. We offer 1:1 Personal Training, where you can work directly with our coaches in our ladies-only private studio. Our award-winning Personal Training service is renowned for its tailored approach, ensuring a judgement-free and supportive environment. We understand the struggles and challenges that women face on their fitness journeys because we've been there ourselves.
For those who prefer a group setting, we also offer semi-private classes. These classes are highly motivating, fun, and deliver results. In our Forge classes, you'll find the support and camaraderie of our members, creating lifelong friendships along the way. To ensure personalised attention, our classes are limited to only eight participants.
