The school's Forest Lake branch, known as Forest Lake Rhee Tae Kwon-Do, is dedicated to serving the local community by offering martial arts training to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Rhee Tae Kwon-Do is a comprehensive and dynamic style of martial art that has been perfected by World Master Chong Chul Rhee. It is not only an effective self-defence system but also a means to enhance mental and physical well-being. Students at Forest Lake Rhee Tae Kwon-Do will have the opportunity to learn practical self-defence techniques while also gaining confidence, improving strength, flexibility, and general fitness.
Forest Lake Rhee Tae Kwon-Do welcomes new members, current members, and former Rhee Tae Kwon-Do members. Regardless of age or fitness level, everyone is encouraged to come and try a FREE UNLIMITED TRIAL. No bookings are required, and there is no obligation to continue.
