Foot Fusion School of Dance

Welcome to Foot Fusion School of Dance, located in the heart of Derby Town centre. Foot Fusion offers a wide range of dance classes for boys and girls aged 2 – teens. Our spacious studios provide the perfect environment for students to learn and grow as dancers.

At Foot Fusion, we believe in providing a well-rounded dance education for our students. Our teachers are DBS checked and qualified to teach I. D. T.

An exam work. We work towards exams from November to March each year, and from April to October, we focus on preparing routines for our annual show at Deda.

While participation in the show is optional, we find that it is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their skills and enjoy a fun-filled experience alongside their fellow students and parents. We have a comfortable hub where parents of our Melody Bear and Rosette grade children can wait for their little ones.

Safety is our top priority at Foot Fusion. Our studios have parking next door, and our main entrance is locked when the desk is unmanned. Entry is gained by pressing the buzzer, ensuring that all children are safe and sound at all times. Our friendly staff are always available at the desk whenever the studio is open.

Our goal at Foot Fusion is to provide children with the opportunity to dance, get fit, have fun, make new friends, and learn to work together as a team. We believe that dance is not only a physical activity but also a form of artistic expression and personal growth.

Our classes include Ballet, Tap & Modern Jazz, which are taught in line with the IDTA exam board. We offer classes for ages 4 – teens. In addition, we have Melody Bear classes for ages 2-4, providing a fun introduction to the world of dance. For those interested in street dance or lyrical dance, we offer classes for ages 5 – teens and ages 9 – teens respectively.

For our aspiring performers, we have the Foot Fusion Performers group, where members have the opportunity to take part in competitions, shows, and even dance at Disneyland Paris. Our performers auditions are held every few years, and members range from 5 to teens.

We also offer Stretch and Conditioning classes, which focus on improving core strength and flexibility. These classes are available to all of our students aged 9 and above.
