Get ready for the fall football program happening from August to October with championship playoffs and games set for late October and early November. Practice sessions kick off in late July or early August. Teams associated with Football Manitoba will be part of the program. Registration dates are from Monday, May 6, 2024, to Thursday, May 9, 2024, and Monday, May 13, 2024. To register, it's essential to first register with Football Manitoba online. Make sure to select the appropriate age group - U10 Cruncher, U12 Atom, U14 Peewee, U16 Bantam, or U18 RMFL. After registering with Football Manitoba, players will receive a confirmation email that they need to bring along for the registration process with the St. Vital Mustangs Football Club. Registration fees vary based on age group, ranging from $425 to $450. Payment can be made via cash, Interac, Visa, or MasterCard (no personal cheques accepted). Additional fees may apply for out of town travel for U18 players. Kidsport Canada and Jumpstart by Canadian Tire offer funding options to help offset registration costs. There's also a volunteer hours commitment required per registered player to support team activities throughout the year. Failure to fulfill the volunteer commitment may result in a pre-authorized payment to the Mustangs Football organization.
