To get started, simply fill out the application form on our website. Once submitted, you'll have the opportunity to book a 15-minute discovery call with Conor. During this call, he will assess where you are currently and where you want to be. Based on your goals, he will create a personalised plan of action for you.

If Conor determines that he can help you, he'll invite you to join our team at Focus Gym. However, if he feels that he may not be the best fit for your needs, he will refer you to someone who can better assist you.
