Sue Coult, your organiser here at Focus and Move, extends her warmest welcome to everyone in the sports community. Located in Sheffield S11, Focus and Move is your go-to spot for Pilates and sports massage therapy.
Sue is an experienced Pilates instructor, women's health educator, and physiotherapist. Her goal is to help everyone, no matter their fitness level or stage of life, focus on self-care and get moving. With her resources—ranging from Pilates and balance training to nutritional counselling, massage therapy, and pelvic health care—Sue is here to support your fitness and wellbeing goals.
Sue's own Pilates journey started with her struggles during pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Now in her 50s, she's dedicated to helping women stay fit and strong through all life's stages. So, whether you're pregnant, recovering from childbirth, over 50, or dealing with medical issues like arthritis, Sue's classes can be tailored to your specific needs.
The studio offers a range of classes to meet different goals and abilities. We provide prenatal and postnatal Pilates that focus on key muscle strengthening and body recovery, as well as mixed ability classes that work on stretching, strength, balance, and posture. For those over 50, we've got gentle mat-based exercises to enhance core and limb strength, accommodating various ranges of movement.
Pilates benefits include better skeletal alignment, muscle tone, stress relief, flexibility, balance, and mental focus. Whether you're looking to improve physical fitness or just de-stress, our classes can help.
Beyond Pilates, we offer sports massage therapy to aid in recovery and prep for activities like running. We also use essential oils to enhance the massage experience.
We’re located at 274 Ringinglow Road, Bents Green, Sheffield S11 7PX. To get started, we offer an introductory package of three classes for £25 and a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs and goals.
