Welcome to Fly Power Fitness, located at The Dance Warehouse in Hartlepool. Fly Power Fitness is a fitness centre offering a range of classes and training programmes to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

At Fly Power Fitness, we prioritise convenience and ensure that all classes must be booked through our social media page or club directories in advance. This guarantees a space in the session. We offer pay-as-you-go classes with payment options available in cash or through PayPal/Bank transfer. Please note that once purchased, payments are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend a class, please cancel your space within 2 hours to avoid being charged.

COVID guidelines are strictly followed throughout our venue to ensure the safety and well-being of our members. These guidelines include reduced class sizes, regular cleaning, and practising social distancing.

Our schedule offers a wide variety of fitness classes to cater to different interests and fitness levels. From pole dancing and spinny pole to flexibility training classes, there is something for everyone. We also offer specialised classes such as beginners' pole dance, heels and feels, and advanced heels (pole) for those looking to explore and challenge themselves further.

If you prefer a more private setting, we offer private pole lessons that can be booked in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions. These lessons provide personalised attention and guidance to help you progress in your fitness journey.
