Situated in the Hampshire Avon, a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest, this beautiful river boasts a diverse range of wildlife. It is renowned for its excellent brown trout and grayling fishing, and has been inseparably linked to angling legend Frank Sawyer. In fact, many globally-used fly-fishing techniques and flies were developed on this historic water.
The River Avon is well-stocked with brown trout, with the majority of them being the original Avon browns. However, booking dates are subject to availability, so be sure to secure your spot early.
