Reece Carey, the owner and coach of Fluid Movement Coaching, is a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful kids. He is not just a health coach, but also a music producer, engineer, skateboarder, and golf enthusiast. Reece's passion lies within exercise and music, and he actively participates in various sports and activities such as touch football, skateboarding, obstacle course racing, and golf.

Reece's journey into holistic lifestyle and exercise coaching began after recovering from vertebral injuries. This personal experience ignited a passion in him to assist others who are eager to make positive changes in their lives. With qualifications as a personal trainer, CHEK Practitioner, Integrated Movement Specialist, and CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Reece's knowledge and experience continue to expand as he seeks ongoing mentorship programmes with industry experts.

At Fluid Movement Coaching, their approach is holistic, addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual strategies and programmes to minimise pain, improve health, and enhance overall well-being. Reece believes in authentic connexions with clients, offering the necessary tools and exercises to help them achieve their goals and dreams.
