This stylish space features the latest equipment, including Irelands largest cryotherapy plunge pool, scientifically proven to aid in the process of body recovery, relaxation, and restoration. At Flow Recovery Lounge, you can enjoy Full Recovery sessions that reduce inflammation, enhance blood flow, and speed up recovery. These sessions include 30 minutes of hot and cold therapy, 20 minutes of normatec compression therapy, 10 minutes in the activation area, and access to foam rollers, massage guns, acupressure mats, and more.
