Rachael, a mum of three and seasoned instructor, leads Flow Pilates. With a Level 3 Mat Pilates certification and qualifications in common orthopaedic conditions, Pre and Postnatal Pilates, and Postural Stability, she brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience to her teaching.
For those recovering from injuries or dealing with muscle imbalances, Rachael provides 1:2:1 sessions to support recovery and alleviate pain. She recommends practising Pilates 2-3 times a week to achieve the best results and offers Reformer 1:2:1 plans tailored to specific goals and target areas.
