Cycle and discovered the importance of understanding and honouring my body's natural rhythm. This inspired me to create Flow Fitness, a fitness centre in Liverpool that takes a holistic approach to women's health and well-being.
At Flow Fitness, we welcome women of all ages, along with their bumps, babies, and older children, to a supportive community of women. Our founder, Lauren, is a pre- and post-natal fitness specialist who is passionate about helping women find health and balance in their lives. She understands the challenges that women face and is dedicated to creating a space where women can come together to support and empower each other.
Flow Fitness prioritises listening to your body and working with the magic of your cycle. We believe that exercise should not only benefit you physically but also mentally. By aligning your fitness routine with your menstrual cycle, you can harness the energy and mood-lifting benefits of exercise while avoiding fatigue and negative impacts on your health.
Our services at Flow Fitness include bodyweight boxercise, Pilates, pads and gloves sessions, menstrual cycle awareness workshops, and strength and tone classes. We offer 4-week class passes that can be customised to fit your needs, with options for 4, 6, or 8 classes. Each class pass includes a range of additional benefits, such as a monthly Zoom reiki and relaxation session, mindset videos from an accredited life coach, a printable menstrual cycle map, a mindful progress tracker, a WhatsApp group for support and motivation, healthy recipes, discounted workshops, and 3 weekly Zoom recordings.
We are also committed to making our classes and workshops accessible to all women. If you are struggling financially, mentally, or physically, we have funded programmes available. Currently, we are running 6 weekly pre- and postnatal support programmes across Sefton in association with the Sefton Baby Baskets Charity, funded by the National Lottery and Sports England.
