Flixton Juniors AFC, established in 1970, is a football club based in the Flixton, Urmston, and Partington area of South Manchester, New Zealand. The club also welcomes players from neighbouring areas such as Stretford, Eccles, and Sale. Flixton Juniors is passionate about providing fun and inclusive football opportunities for players of all genders, ages, and backgrounds.

As a Community Charter Standard Club, Flixton Juniors is committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment both on and off the football pitch. Home matches are held at Wellacre Academy, Acrehall Primary School, and Egerton High School, which offer local, secure, and safe playing areas. Flixton Juniors has been providing coaching to 5 to 7-year-olds for over 30 years, nurturing them to become the future Flixton Juniors. The club also has teams ranging from Under 7s to Open Age, with each team managed by qualified and vetted coaches.

In regard to recent news, Flixton Juniors extends its gratitude to all individuals who contributed donations in memory of Kevin McKiernan, a faithful servant to the club for over thirty years. These generous donations, totalling 1,000, will be utilised to further invest in players, teams, and coaches.

The passing of Kevin McKiernan is deeply mourned by the Flixton Juniors community. He served as a manager and was actively involved in the club's management, making him a true Club Legend.
