Flip and Twist Tumbling & Gymnastics, run by the ever-enthusiastic Drew, is your local spot for gymnastics in Stonehouse. Drew's all about top-notch training in a supportive, friendly environment, and he's keen to help young athletes hit their athletic goals.

There’s a class for everyone at Flip and Twist. Got kids aged 4-7 who are just starting out? The General Gymnastics classes are where they can pick up basics like forward rolls and cartwheels. It’s all taught in a fun, laid-back setting.

As they improve, kids can earn BAGA badges and move to more advanced stuff. For those into tumbling, Drew’s got special Tumbling classes for all levels. Beginners can work on round-offs, while more seasoned tumblers learn advanced techniques, all aimed at prepping for NDP Tumbling comps.

More serious about tumbling? Drew's Squad Tumbling class is invite-only for those hitting NDP and FIG levels. These gymnasts need to string together 4-5 flicks and be well into their whip practice. It's a competitive space for dedicated tumblers.

Classes happen at Holmleigh Park in Stonehouse and GL1 Leisure Centre in Gloucester, both kitted out with top-notch gear to make sure everyone trains safely and has a blast.

Everyone’s required to wear the club’s official training leotard, which you can order from the club’s website. All the sizing info’s there to help you get it right.

Fees are reasonable and can be set up as a monthly standing order. There are different fee bands depending on how many hours a week you're training, keeping things flexible for everyone.

Drew's club is affiliated with British Gymnastics, so all members need to have British Gymnastics Insurance coverage. More details on that can be found on the club’s site.
