Flex Studio in Singapore is proud to be a host site for Alycea Ungaros REAL Pilates Teacher Training (RPTT), an internationally recognised Classical Pilates training programme. The training programme certifies 3rd Generation Classical Pilates instructors in the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska. Training modules are conducted in English in Flex Singapores spacious studios, fully equipped with Gratz and Pilates Designs classical apparatus.

The teacher training programme is broken down into Beginner, Intermediate I and II, and Advanced modules. Apprentices can register for individual modules or work towards full Classical certification by completing 600 Primary hours (450 for Bridges) and passing final written and practical examinations. Certificates of completion will be awarded for those who pass the practical exam and complete the required hours at each level.

In addition to teacher training, Flex Studio Singapore offers a range of classes and promotions for clients. The studio regularly runs promotions such as March Matness, where clients can post their favourite Pilates exercise on social media to receive a free class.
