Nikki takes a unique and relaxed approach to training, and she genuinely loves helping people improve themselves both inside and out. Her goal is to help you become more accountable, consistent, and address any barriers that may have hindered your progress in the past.
Flex Outdoor Fitness is a family-friendly environment, and Nikki understands the challenge of finding time to exercise when you have children. That's why she encourages you to bring your kids along if needed. At Flex, you will find a safe and welcoming space with a supportive community feel, unlike the intimidating atmosphere often found in traditional gyms.
When it comes to personal training, Nikki recognises that each client is different and has unique needs. She will work closely with you to establish your goals, preferences, and limitations to create customised training sessions that are tailored to you.
Flex offers 1:1 personal training sessions, which include an initial fitness assessment, before and after photos, body composition analysis, 24-hour food recall, basic nutritional advice, and take-home programmes. These sessions are priced at $50. Alternatively, there is a 2:1 personal training option, where you can train with a partner. This shared 30-minute session includes an initial fitness assessment, before and after photos, body measurements, basic nutritional advice, and monthly check-ins at $25 per person.
In addition to personal training, Flex also offers group fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels. These classes provide regressions and progressions for individual fitness levels and injuries. The small group setting ensures personalised attention and support. Some classes offered include Booty Burn, Circuits, HIIT, and Boxing.
The cost for these group fitness classes is $15 per session.
