Hi, Im Felix and I have over 12 years of experience as a personal trainer. At Flexible Strength, I offer a no-nonsense approach to help reduce desk-bound symptoms, improve posture, and build integral strength. My goal is to help you optimise your body to achieve a healthy work-life balance and enjoy recreational activities.

I believe in a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. I focus on three key areas: innate strength efficiency, flexibility and mobility, and body control and awareness. By working on these aspects, we can minimise injuries, rediscover your natural ability to move, and increase your ease, coordination, and range of motion.
