Flaxmere Pool, the local swimming club in Hastings, is excited to announce a thrilling swimming event coming up at our two-pool indoor complex! Located in the heart of Flaxmere, our year-round facility offers something for everyone.
Our complex features a 25-meter training pool that provides the perfect setting for swimmers to improve their skills, as well as a 15-meter learn to swim pool for those just starting out. Whether you're looking to hone your technique, stay fit with AquaFit classes, or participate in competitive swimming programs, Flaxmere Pool has got you covered.
But swimming isn't the only activity we offer. Flaxmere Pool also serves as a base for exhilarating canoe polo meets. If you're looking for some family fun, we've got that too! During the winter weekends and school holidays, kids can enjoy giant inflatables that guarantee an entertaining time. Just a friendly reminder, children under the age of 8 should be actively supervised by a caregiver over 16 years old.
We do our best to cater to everyone's needs, and to make our facilities accessible, we have limited lane availability for public swimming from 3.30pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, as well as from 8.30am to 11.30am on Saturdays during term time. Please note that on Fridays, we're closed from 7am to 9am for vacuuming.
