Located in Glossopdale, Hollingworth, Mottram, and surrounding areas, Flare Health and Fitness offers access to high-quality exercise classes in a welcoming community environment. Our classes take place at Glossopdale School, a state-of-the-art facility in Hadfield.

If you're someone who dislikes the idea of attending a gym or leisure facility, feels uncomfortable working out in crowded spaces, or prefers women-only classes, Flare Health and Fitness is the perfect fit for you. We prioritise privacy by providing sessions in private rooms that are not overlooked. Our community is made up of like-minded women who support and motivate each other on their fitness journeys. We also offer ample parking spaces for those who need to travel to our venue.

Getting started with Flare Health and Fitness is easy. Simply book your class on our website or through the Gymcatch app. We offer a variety of classes to suit different fitness goals and preferences.

On Sundays, join us for the Sunday Morning Workout, a total body workout in the lovely air-conditioned studio at Glossopdale School. This class includes sections for fat burning, conditioning, and a challenging finish.

If attending the gym fills you with dread, our Circuit Fit class on Tuesdays is perfect for you. Say goodbye to confusion about exercises and equipment as our experienced instructors guide you through a structured circuit training session.

For those who want to have fun while exercising, we offer Clubbercise on Tuesdays. Dance and move to upbeat music in a darkened studio, allowing you to let loose while feeling self-conscious.

On Thursdays, try our Walkfit class, an exercise programme designed to get you moving. This class is ideal for beginners looking to start their fitness journey.

We also offer Move and Tone: Tums and Bums, a low-impact class focused on toning specific areas of your body. This class is perfect for those who want to target their core and lower body.
