Located in the heart of Waterdown, the Flamborough Hockey Association offers a range of hockey programs for players of all ages and skill levels. Affiliated with the OMHA Digital Network, the club prides itself on providing a fun and inclusive environment for players to develop their skills on the ice.

With a focus on player development, the club recently added a trio of power skating instructors to their Next Level Development Team. These skilled coaches provide regular skating sessions for players on the Representative and MD teams, helping them improve their technique and agility on the ice.
Additionally, the club has introduced the Sabers Next Level Skills Program and Development team for their Rep and MD teams. This program offers position-specific skills training and focuses on improving players' skating abilities with tailored instruction on strides, edges, and stamina.
