Fancy something different? Check out the Pilates class starting Friday, 12th January 2024, at 11am at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Rugeley. Just £7.50 per session. Bring a mat or towel and get ready for a session of core strengthening, toning, and better posture. Everyone's welcome, all fitness levels!
