Welcome to Five Star Boxing, a leading club/gym located in Romford, Essex. Established in 1954 with the support of the local community, Five Star Boxing has become a formidable force in the world of amateur boxing. As members of the ABAE (Amateur Boxing Association of England) and NACYP (National Association of Clubs for Young People), we are committed to training and developing talented boxers.

At Five Star Boxing, we have a team of dedicated and knowledgeable coaches and assistants who generously give their time to train our boxers. They teach the disciplines, skills, and fitness levels required in the noble art of boxing, helping our members mature into successful adults. Our gym is proud to have produced numerous talented boxers, and our win ratio on club shows is consistently in the high 70%.

We are deeply rooted in the local neighbourhood, as all our boxers hail from the surrounding area. We take pride in our commitment to the community, and we have a long waiting list of eager youngsters wishing to join our “family. ” We are recognised as a registered charity (Charity no. 303068), and our goal is to provide a safe and inclusive environment for young people to develop their boxing skills and build character.

Located at The Five Star Youth Club, Brewsters Hall, Gooshays Drive, Harold Hill, Romford, Essex RM3 8YJ, our gym is conveniently situated directly opposite the Leisure Centre. We have been in the same location since our inception in 1954.
