Welcome to Five Points Wrestling, the premier wrestling school in Blaydon-on-Tyne. Whether you're a beginner looking to try wrestling for the first time or a seasoned athlete looking to improve your skills, we have a programme for you.
Our Beginners Wrestling Seminar is the perfect way to start your wrestling journey. This 6-week programme brings together like-minded individuals and provides a comprehensive introduction to the sport. For adults, we offer wrestling classes in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles. These classes run four times a week, ensuring there are plenty of options to fit your schedule. Check our timetable to find the class that suits you best.
Kids wrestling classes are available twice a week, also in Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles. Our coaches create a fun and supportive environment where kids can learn the fundamentals of wrestling while improving their strength and coordination.
At Five Points Wrestling, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of programmes. In addition to Freestyle Wrestling and Greco-Roman Wrestling, we also provide Strength and Conditioning classes to help you enhance your physical abilities. Private and small group classes are available for those seeking more personalised instruction.
Our Teen Wrestling classes cover a mix of Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles, accommodating members of all abilities. Led by Terence Bosson, a Commonwealth silver medallist, these classes provide a unique opportunity to train with a highly skilled athlete.

We are excited to announce our upcoming move to a brand new dedicated facility. This move marks the start of Newcastle's first dedicated wrestling school and will offer updated facilities for both new and existing members.
If you're interested in exploring the world of wrestling in Blaydon-on-Tyne, our MMA Wrestling Course is a fantastic option. Designed for beginners, this 6-week course is tailored for individuals with little or no experience in the sport. It also has benefits for those involved in MMA, judo, rugby, or self-defence.
