The school offers classes for children aged 6 to 10 years, adults, teenagers, and seniors. Each class is designed to cater to the specific needs and abilities of the students. Children's classes are focused on developing coordination, motor skills, and discipline while instilling a sense of confidence and self-esteem. Adult and teenage classes focus on the physical aspects of Taekwon-Do, including self-defence techniques, strength, and flexibility training.
Instructor Mr Malik Ayman, a 4th Degree Black Belt, leads the classes with his wealth of experience and knowledge in martial arts. With over 30 years of experience and 12 years of teaching, competitions, grading, and international experience, Mr Ayman is passionate about sharing his love for Taekwon-Do with his students.
The Enfield Taekwon-Do School is located at the Church Hall St Peter & St Paul on 177 Ordnance Road in Enfield. Training times for children's classes are from 6 pm to 7 pm, while adult and teenage classes are from 7 pm to 8:15 pm. Seniors in the RED + BLACK Belts category have a separate training session from 8:15 pm to 8:30 pm. The training day for Enfield Taekwon-Do School is on Mondays.
In addition to the Enfield location, Five Pillars Taekwon-Do also has registered schools in other areas, including Friern Barnet, Finchley, Wembley, and Wood Green. These schools offer similar training programmes and are led by experienced instructors.
