Experience the art of Kung Fu with the Five Ancestors & Shaolin Fists Kung Fu Classes at Shaolin Fists International in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning Kung Fu and exploring the world of martial arts.
The training program focuses on the five animals – Dragon, Snake, Tiger, Crane, and Leopard – and includes traditional hand and weapon forms. Participants will not only learn techniques for defending against various fighting styles, but also gain valuable skills in self-defence.
Shaolin Fists Kung Fu is well-known for its effectiveness in defending against mixed martial arts. With the right skills and knowledge, Kung Fu can be a powerful martial art form that provides practical self-defence techniques.
In addition to the Five Animals, the Five Ancestors Fists Kung Fu incorporates other styles like the Crane, Monkey, Tai Cho, Tamo, and Lohan. This advanced system, founded during the Sung Dynasty, covers a wide range of traditional forms and teaches the application of hard and soft techniques.
Participants will also have the opportunity to learn Chi Kung, a practice based on the Five Elements and the Shaolin Brain Marrow Muscle Tendon Chi Kung. This not only benefits long-term health, but also helps individuals harness internal energy for martial art purposes.
The training program also focuses on various weapons such as staffs, straight swords, sabres, and butterfly swords. Participants will learn how to handle and use these weapons correctly, as well as defend against attackers armed with knives, clubs, or swords.
