FitxFood is a personal training studio in Waterdown founded by Charmaine Dudek, a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping women thrive through fitness and nutrition. Charmaine's background in Health Wellness and Fitness, along with her experience as part of the Pelvic health team at The World Of My Baby, allows her to provide specialized pre/postnatal care. FitxFood offers in-person and Zoom personal training sessions, as well as nutrition/fitness accountability calls to help clients reach their specific goals. Additionally, Charmaine offers pre/post-natal pilates classes and mommy bootcamps for new mums looking to stay active.
