The owner and manager of Fitwell Health, Lynne, has been involved with sport and movement her entire life. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lynne has taught group classes, managed fitness teams, and worked as an educator, writer, and developer of curriculum for fitness courses, workshops, and conventions. In addition to being a certified Pilates instructor and nutritionist, Lynne has obtained qualifications in a range of areas including mentoring and developing fitness teams, indoor cycling, boxing, TRX suspension and TRX RIP training, functional training, rock taping, group fitness, older adult and children's training, reformer Pilates, and more.
Lynne is also a certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner, with training in Australian bush flower essences, aura balancing kinesiology, chakra healing kinesiology, Chapmans reflexes, EMK mind-body-soul wellbeing facilitator, and more. She is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential through a holistic approach that encompasses the body, mind, and emotions.
