You'll do 200m skis, followed by 15 TRX rows, 20 steps, and 30 seconds of skipping. And of course, you'll repeat this module three times to really challenge yourself and improve your fitness.
Last but certainly not least, we have the 'Fitter, Faster, Stronger – Cycling' module. This one is perfect for boosting your endurance and strength. You'll take on a 100m assault bike challenge, followed by 15 shoulder presses, 20 side lunges, and 30 seconds of planks. And just like the other modules, you'll repeat this one three times to really push yourself and see amazing results.
