She enjoys creating a connexion with members and helping them discover their purpose in the gym. Josh McRae and Dom Dadamo are passionate trainers who are committed to making fitness enjoyable for everyone.
Andrew Hales is a wellness advocate who embodies Fitstop's transformative approach to fitness. Abbey Glenister and Kirstin Hurding bring their expertise and passion for health to our training sessions.

Perform is a session that combines compound lifts, isolation exercises, stability, and mobility to enhance movement quality. Condition is a high-intensity interval training session that aims to increase cardiovascular endurance.
