Fitstop West End is owned and managed by retired motocross athlete Cameron Sturtridge and his wife Morgan. With over 14 years of coaching experience and a passion for action sports, Cameron brings a wealth of knowledge to the gym. He specialises in recovery and rehabilitation training, with a focus on long-term goals and structural balance to keep you healthy and moving well throughout all stages of life. Cameron also offers limited spots for 1-on-1 coaching and welcomes new clients.
Anders Boman, a local resident and Power Lifter, is one of the trainers at Fitstop West End. Along with his coaching and competing experience, Anders is also passionate about mental health. You can catch him during Lift classes and on Wednesday mornings for Condition classes, where he brings the energy to get your midweek sweat session going. Anders is also available for 1-on-1 coaching.
Fletcher Caplan, another West End local, is a Trainer at Fitstop West End. Fletcher began his coaching journey 10 years ago as a volunteer rowing coach and has since developed a strong interest in sports performance and strength and conditioning. He is currently studying Exercise Physiology at UQ and is the physical performance lead for a local football club. Fletcher can be found in the gym leading Lift and Perform classes, and he is also available for 1-on-1 coaching.
