Carly Baudendistel, a trainer, holds a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness and enjoys helping members turn their goals into reality. She takes pride in witnessing goal achievements and progression. Vinnie Quigley, another trainer, holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and finds joy in helping people achieve their goals and seeing their progression.

Fitstop Mermaid Beach offers various workout sessions to cater to different fitness goals. Their workouts include Lift, Perform, Condition, and Sweat. Lift is a strength-based session that focuses on progressive overload and functional strength. Expect compound lifts, isolation exercises, stability, and mobility to improve movement quality and overall muscle development.

With Perform, it's a mixture of both lifting and conditioning exercises. Condition is a high-energy session that targets cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Lastly, Sweat is a high-intensity interval training session designed to burn calories and improve fitness.
