Paora Taukamo, also known as P, is the co-owner and manager of FITSTOP GREENSLOPES. With years of experience in the fitness industry, P is passionate about coaching individuals to recognise their true abilities. He's known for his love of food, hot chocolates, creating connexions, and fostering a sense of community within our Greenslopes location.

Tom Render is one of the experienced trainers at FITSTOP GREENSLOPES. He believes in the power of a health-conscious lifestyle and has personally experienced the benefits of regular training, healthy food choices, and quality sleep. Tom is excited to share his passion and knowledge with others, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a positive and energetic environment.

At FITSTOP GREENSLOPES, we offer a variety of workouts to cater to different fitness levels and goals. Our workout programmes include LIFT, PERFORM, CONDITION, and SWEAT. LIFT focuses on strength training, utilising compound lifts and stability exercises. PERFORM is designed to enhance athletic performance through agility, speed, and power exercises.

CONDITION improves cardiovascular health and endurance through high-intensity interval training. Lastly, SWEAT offers a challenging full-body workout that combines strength, cardio, and mobility exercises.
