Meet our team! Jeremy Gordon is our manager and his favourite thing about coaching is watching members commit and achieve things they never thought possible. Lydia Wintour is one of our trainers, and she loves putting a smile on everyone's face every day. Ailish Rice is another of our trainers, and she enjoys getting to know the members better with every session.

Our workouts at Fitstop Corinda are designed to help you reach your goals and improve your overall fitness. We offer a variety of sessions, including Lift, Perform, Condition, and Sweat. Lift is a strength-based session that focuses on progressive overload and functional strength. Perform is another favourite session, focusing on improving overall performance.

Condition and Sweat sessions are designed to get your heart rate up and challenge your cardiovascular fitness.
