Owned by Emma and Michael (Mic), Fitstop Charleville was created with the goal of providing a competitive yet supportive group training environment. With a combined 15 years of experience, Emma and Mic have built a community where individuals can strive to be their best while being surrounded by like-minded individuals.
As the manager of Fitstop Charleville, Mic brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Starting his personal training journey in 2007 and serving in the Army for 10 years as a Sniper, Mic has always prioritised fitness and mental health. His favourite thing about Fitstop Charleville is the diverse group of individuals working towards bettering themselves and helping others achieve things they never thought possible.
Emma, also a manager at Fitstop Charleville, is passionate about fitness and creating a healthier lifestyle. Though her qualifications are not mentioned, her dedication to the gym and the community is evident in the welcoming environment she helps create.
Leah Thomas is an experienced trainer at Fitstop Charleville. With a Masters in Education, a Grad Diploma in Health Promotion, and a Bachelor degree in Sport & Exercise Science, Leah believes that exercise, fitness, and movement should be incorporated into daily life. Her favourite Fitstop session is CONDITION, as it challenges her both mentally and physically.
Angela Stirton, another trainer at Fitstop Charleville, is dedicated to promoting women's health and children's fitness. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Bachelor's in Education, and a Certificate III in Fitness, Angela is passionate about breaking down barriers and helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Ryley Coble is available for personal training sessions, and Beck Little specialises in Olympic lifting and powerlifting movements. With their expertise, they can assist individuals in improving their lifts and overall strength.
